Back to Our agreementsHome for Good has a commissioning agreement with the Southern Health & Social Care Trust (‘Southern Trust’), which is one of the five HSC Trusts in Northern Ireland. The partnership with Southern Trust has been active since 2019 with an emphasis on the recruitment and retention of foster care. It has been very positive and fruitful relationship marked by close collaboration, mutual learning and, ultimately, the finding and support of foster families in the area.
The Southern Trust area encompasses the five council areas of Newry & Mourne, Banbridge, Armagh, Craigavon and Dungannon. Find out more about the Southern Trust.
