Why we recommend Somerset Council
| Somerset Council support 150 inhouse foster carer homes (as well as 80 kinship carers). All carers have training and support coordinated by a Supervising Social Worker. |
| Somerset needs another 30 fostering households, to support 30 children who currently are in residential homes, and could be in foster care. |

Child Profile
Somerset Council are in need of caring homes for children of all ages, from babies to young people leaving our care who are 18. We are looking for both longterm homes as well as carers who can provide short-term planned respite care as well as emergency care.
