Why choose Capstone Foster Care?
| They are specialists in therapeutic foster care. Their unique in-house programme (similar to CAMHS) provides support directly to children at the point of need. Foster carers receive a wrap-around service, and Capstone coordinates all of the professionals required to meet the child's needs so that everyone is on the same page. |
| They are an Employee Ownership Trust; Capstone Foster Care is owned by its employees. Meaning highly invested and engaged individuals who hold children and young people at the centre of all we do, rather than profits. |
| They invest in the long-term successes of young people. Through Capstone Care Leavers Trust they continue to care for young people during their time in care and beyond. |
| Their Supervising Social Workers have small caseloads, meaning they have time to spend with foster carers when they need it. |
| Regular supervision and 24/7 support, 365 days a year. Nighttime, weekends and holidays, there is specialist help on the end of the phone. There are also regular training and support group sessions for all foster carers. |
