Join us for a 90-minute introduction to Therapeutic Parenting (TP) delivered by our coaches with lived experience of using TP with their children.
Therapeutic Parenting comes from a fostering and adoption background but we believe it is helpful for all children, especially children who are autistic, have ADHD, have experienced trauma or have high anxiety for any reason.
This session will cover some TP basics such as why standard parenting often doesn't work for our children, what to do during meltdowns, using PACE, natural and logical consequences, and more.
