Back to Our agreementsHome for Good has a commissioning agreement with the Northern Health & Social Care Trust (‘Northern Trust’), which is one of the five HSC Trusts in Northern Ireland. The current, formal partnership with Northern Trust began in August 2024, but Home for Good worked closely with the Trust as part of a Northern-Ireland-wide agreement between 2022 and 2024. Before that, there have been positive relationships with the Trust since Home for Good established its work in Northern Ireland in 2015. It has been a positive and fruitful relationship marked by close collaboration and mutual learning as we seek to find more homes for children and young people, and to find ways to more effectively support those homes.
Fostering and Adoption recruitment within the five HSC Trusts in Northern Ireland is managed centrally as part of a Northern-wide approach. Those who want to find out more about this process can visit the HSC NI Adoption & Foster Care website or call 0800 0720 137.
We would strongly encourage anyone who is keen to explore fostering, adoption or supported lodgings in Northern Ireland to connect with the Home for Good enquiry team.
