In the New Year, we plan to launch two new support groups in East Antrim – one based in Carrickfergus, one in Newtownabbey. The groups are likely to meet monthly, in person, and will be open to current kinship carers, foster carers or adoptive parents. These regular gatherings are a great opportunity for mutual encouragement and support with those who walk similar journeys – journeys that are often difficult to share with others.

On Monday 6^th January at 8pm, we’re holding an informal, online info session about these support groups. It’s a chance to find out more about the purpose of the groups and to meet others who are keen to find out more.
