There are a number of Home for Good champions across the North East, who are passionate about recruitment of foster carers and adopters and peer-led support. Our champion network includes individuals as well as groups, all working tirelessly to put fostering and adoption on the Church’s agenda.
Jen joined Home for Good in 2014. Jen is a long term foster carer and oversees all our Regional Managers and the development of our Regional work, and, while Amy is on Leave, is the key contact for our work in the North East.
Naomi has been passionate about fostering and adoption since her family became foster carers in 2012, and adopted her brother. She studied Theology at Durham and wrote her dissertation on the Theology of Adoption. She is currently volunteering with Home for Good as part of her internship with King's Church Durham.
Amy has been developing and coordinating Home for Good activity in the North East since 2015. She is currently on Leave.
